RADIUS Server and RADIUS client API classes (jar file), documentation and examples for one developer.
The RADIUS Server .jar file contains the server and client classes. The addition of the RADIUS client allows for the client to be used separately from the server’s jar file.

The server had been hardened against Blast-RADIUS back in September 2019 when the Message-Authenticator attribute was introduced. Virtually no server administrators enabled the Message-Authenticator since hardly any clients bothered to implement it.

Additionally the Proxy-State attribute has a prefix signature introduced in Oct 1999 whereby the receipt of a Proxy-State without the signature caused the packet to be dropped to reject forgeries.
