Since AXL Radius provides a demo version of all versions of our offered software to qualified buyers to test we do not offer refunds.

In general most buyers are happy with our software and support. If you do find a programming error the fix will appear in our next offering which you receive at no charge.

Support is also offered at an add-on. It can be purchased a the time of purchase or at any time after purchase. We have delivered updates as long as after eleven years of use. You may purchase an update to the your current version from any version in the same major release or purchase a year’s subscription.
